Main Duties
- Engaging in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business
- Writing technical and financial proposals for submission to clients
- Making presentations on products and services to potential clients
- Finding prospects, following up on business opportunities to close business deals and setting meetings
- Responding to queries and complaints from clients as regards the company’s products and services
- Establishing and maintaining a database of clients for customer relationship management
- Maintaining a steady stream of campaigns on the company’s social media sites
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in IT industry
- Exposure to developing, executing and driving business growth and sales for enterprise IT solutions
- Experience in managing communication with vendors (such as Oracle, VMware, Cisco) and distributors
- Resourceful and organized with sound business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
