Idias Corporation along with one of its key international partners Oracle Corporation, embarked on a series of meet-and-greet business visits and networking sessions with customers. This collaborative effort involved discussions, site visits and discovery sessions with corporate businesses, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), government ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs)
Idias Managing Director Edwin Saidi described the tailor-made visits as a gamechanger in IT service delivery. “The visits provided insight into the specific needs and pain-points for Malawian organizations which provides the essential basis for developing and proposing technology solutions that do not only address specific needs for the businesses, but are also sustainable in the long term”, he said
On her part, Maria Seedat, Oracle's Territory Sales Manager for the Southern African Development Community (SADC) reaffirmed Oracle’s commitment to the partnership with Idias to ensure effective service delivery to customers. “This involves continuous support, training, and capacity-building for not only Idias but also our end-customers to ensure that Oracle’s solutions implemented deliver long-term benefits”, she said
