Collaborative Development: Idias and MBS Strengthen MIS through Continuous Engagements

Our team hosted a collaborative session with one of our clients to transfer knowledge and strengthen their capacity in the solution Idias is deploying for them.

Instead of waiting until the deployment of solutions, we engage our clients throughout the solution development lifecycle. These ongoing technical sessions serve a dual purpose:

• They allow clients to assess progress and provide early feedback
• They enable continuous knowledge transfer and capacity building

By the time the solution is ready for full deployment, the client will not only understand how it works—they will have helped shape it. This means the handover is not just be a pile of technical documentation, but a smooth transition of ownership supported by real understanding and experience.
