Main Duties

  • Engaging in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business
  • Writing technical and financial proposals for submission to clients
  • Making presentations on products and services to potential clients
  • Finding prospects, following up on business opportunities to close business deals and setting meetings
  • Responding to queries and complaints from clients as regards the company’s products and services
  • Establishing and maintaining a database of clients for customer relationship management
  • Maintaining a steady stream of campaigns on the company’s social media sites

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in IT industry
  • Exposure to developing, executing and driving business growth and sales for enterprise IT solutions
  • Experience in managing communication with vendors (such as Oracle, VMware, Cisco) and distributors
  • Resourceful and organized with sound business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
